HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR BODY FASHION

Waxing

Waxing is a technique of hair removal for short term that takes away the hair from the preliminary place. Fresh hairs will not arrive back in the formerly waxed part of the body for 3-8 weeks.

Body Care

Mix six teaspoon of petroleum jelly, two-teaspoon glycerin and two-teaspoon lemon juice. Now apply this moisturizing lotion at least twice a week if the skin is dry and flaky, arms and legs. Another tip is just peel and grate a cucumber. Grip the juice to this, blend half-a-teaspoon glycerin and half-a-teaspoon rose water. Apply this on sunburns and leave it for some time.

Body Oil

Lost of the body oils are chemical free and safe for skin. Using such oils make skin soft, smooth and clean. There are many essential oils like coconut oil, almond oil, sesame oil, olive oils and tea tree oil for different parts of the body. If one has a cellulite syndrome, take a steam or hot bath with a few drops of any essential oil as they lean to block pores in the skin. One can use vegetable oil like jojoba oil or olive oil for the body.

Oils for the Feet

Essential oils are extremely useful to get rid of cracked heels. One should rub down with a few drops of essential oil frequently. Before going to bed, take a little tub and dip the feet in it. Put few drops of olive oil and transfer it into the tub. And then, dip the feet for a few minutes. Take out the feet and wipe feet with soft cloth. At last, rub with liberal quantity of cold cream and then, wear cotton socks.

Palm Care

For rough palms, use a mixture of glycerin and limejuice in equal proportion. Remove scars on hands and feet by rubbing them with lemon peel.

Care of Knees and Elbows

The skin around the knees and elbows are usually devoid of oil glands. That is why it gets dry so fast. This is the reason why elbows and knees get dark early. It is a simple grubby that is built up from dead cells and dirt. They give a horrible look if they are not properly cared.

  1. Apply coconut oil on the elbows and knees to eliminate the dryness.
  2. Using pumice stone is a good cure.
  3. Knees and elbows must be cleaned daily with mild stone. Apply moisturizer after taking bath.

Put a blend of lime and juice on elbows and knee.
