Laser Vein Removal built your confidence with fashion blog

When the summer months finally roll around, countless Americans start to feel a little self-conscious about their physiques. And while there's no reason to beat oneself up for not looking like a supermodel, everyone knows that having a level of confidence does help to attract mates and generally have a better time. And if there is a particular source of trouble, it's a whole lot more convenient to address it than it is to focus on all of the things that are going right for people.
One major focal point for women and men who are getting ready for swimsuit season are varicose veins, which are also known as spider veins. While these might not be as noticeable as people think, the fact of the matter is that their mere existence can really do a number on anyone who wants to feel truly beautiful while catching waves or working on a tan. And fortunately, there are procedures that can help eradicate spider veins. These days, laser hair removal options have never been more prevalent--or less painful.
For those considering laser vein removal, Chicago and countless other cities boast plastic surgeons and dermatologists who are certified to complete the procedure, which does not require a great deal of time and which will not be particularly uncomfortable for patients. The next-generation level of laser vein removal, which focuses on zapping unsightly veins with concentrated light, manages to pulse heat and eventually fade the vein after shrinking it. Unlike other techniques which were previously used to address this condition, this does not hurt very much, and is a far more enjoyable way to get something treated than other options, which require more visits and more invasive solutions to what should be a straightforward and relatively simple problem.

What is VASER liposuction? and things to know with fashion blog

What is VASER liposuction?
VASER is a kind of liposuction that uses ultrasonic technology or high-energy sound waves to soften the fat. The process involves the process of converting your fat from solid to liquid and then sucking it gently with ease. The biggest advantage of using VASER is that it does not dislocate the blood vessels or nerves or connective tissues, but only the fat cells. This makes the process less hurtful than other forms of liposuction.
Expenses involved in the process
The cost of the entire process may vary but you have to be extremely careful to prevent yourself from being the scapegoat. It is highly recommended that you should do a thorough research on VASER lipo and then go for it. But, a little help from experts can help you go smoothly in the process. If you are planning a VASER liposuction on inner thighs, abdominals and flanks, you can expect a cost of around $10,000 - $14,000.
Result time required
In most of the cases, you can see an instant result. VASER leads to lesser bruises and swelling than other options. The bruises and swelling generally take 1 to 3 months to disappear.
Some people are really concerned about their swelling which if becomes abnormal, consulting a surgeon will be the right idea. But, don't worry about the swellings as most of them tend to disappear in 4 months. Go for compression garments as per your surgeon's advise which will help to sped up the process of healing.
About common side effects
Some of the most common side effects associated with this kind of liposuction are minute bruising and fade swelling. But the benefits are way ahead the side effects. It not only removes excess fat from your body but also tightens your skin.f

What is worse than not liking the appearance of your breasts? with fashion blog

A: Actually having had surgery to make them look better and still not liking how they look!
Although the vast majority of women who undergo breast enhancement every year are very pleased with their results, there are those that are not. And the reasons for their disappointment can vary but, for the most part, generally boil down to one of two concerns:
* They are unhappy with their immediate results
* They are unhappy with how those results have aged (and changed) over time
Whatever the reason, the good news is that many of these concerns can be addressed with procedures associated with very little downtime.
One common concern is that one breast is higher than the other. If this is the result of surgery, chances are that this can be fixed with a very straightforward procedure. Any time a foreign body (such as a breast implant) is placed within the body, the body walls it off by forming a scar around it. This scar "capsule" effectively protects the body from the implant and remains as long as the implant itself remains. And while most capsules remain soft over time, some tighten and become firm. When they do, they can distort the implant shape and position leading to asymmetry on one side (or both) and produce what is referred to as Capsular Contracture. Just exactly why this contracture occurs can be due to a number of different reasons but the good news is that it can generally be fixed with a relatively simple procedure. Ignoring the more complicated reasons, the most straightforward approach to treating capsular contracture generally involves one or more of the following:
* Exchange of the implant:
- Current research suggests that implants may undergo low-grade bacterial colonization over time. When this occurs, bacteria form a "bio-film" protecting them from the immune system. And it is thought to be this bio-film that potentially triggers capsular contracture. As such, it is generally recommended to change the implant on the effected side since there is really no way to remove a bio-film from the implant without removing the implant itself.

How to Improve Your Apearences with Fashion blog

Sculptra is a synthetic injectable material known as "poly-L-lactic acid", a material that does not harm the body and it is able to be broken down by the body. Sculptra is injected below the surface of the skin in the area of fat loss. Visible results appear within the first few Sculptra treatment sessions. It is best suitable treatment for the patients who are looking to remove deep lines and wrinkles, to restore facial volume.
At your first Sculptra treatment, it may appear that Sculptra worked immediately because of swelling from the injections and the water used to dilute Sculptra, but when the swelling goes down and the water is absorbed by your body, you may look as you did before your treatment. Sculptra works gradually to correct the depression in your skin. Sculptra will be multiple injections in small amounts into the skin using a very fine needle. After the each Sculptra treatment session, the area should be thoroughly massaged to distribute the product evenly. The volume achieved with Sculptra will last about 2-3 years. Most patients require 2-5 injection sessions, 4-6 weeks apart to achieve optimum results.
The Velashape combines gentle light and radio frequency energies with mechanical rollers and vacuum suction to manipulate the superficial fat tissue layer that contributes to cellulite. The Velashape heat with RF energies shrinks the size of fat cells. Also, Velashape mechanical rollers and vacuum suction act on the blood vessels to increase circulation to the local area to achieve a smoother less dimpled surface appearance. Most patients after 6 to 8 Velashape treatments notice recontouring of areas such as, love handles, saddlebags of unwanted bulges and disproportionate fatty areas which are measurable by a reduction in circumference or girth. Velashape treatment usually takes about 35-60 minutes long, with no downtime. During the Velashape treatment you will feel a deep, soothing heat like having a deep tissue massage in the targeted area. Velashape can contour, shape and slim your body by improving cellulite and reducing circumference in as few as six treatment sessions.

Cloths who Can Hide Your Excess Weight

The festive period ultimately results in weight gain for most ladies, so it's a good idea to start the New Year with clothing which will cover up your excess weight, until you find the motivation to lose it.
Start by making sure that all your clothes fit you. If you have put on enough weight to increase your dress size, then make sure you wear the correct size (remember - you can lose the excess over the coming months.) Wearing clothes which are too small, will only make bulges appear bigger, and will create an overhang with your tummy. Well fitting clothes will not only help to support you but will also help create a better posture.
Choose tops which sit below waist length, such as tunic tops, and skim the body, rather than sitting too tight like the long line black and ivory contrast cowl neck top (pictured above). If you want to hide any excess weight on your arms, wear tops which have long sleeves. Turtle neck style tops can help to disguise a multitude of sins on the upper body.
When choosing trousers, be aware of your body shape (and perhaps slight change in body shape!) This season, flared trousers are making a big comeback and they can be ideal for hiding excess weight on the lower half of the body. This style will keep you on trend for 2011 and will also help you feel comfortable and confident. Skirts/dresses such as a-line and maxi, will help hide some extra weight too, as they will skim the body and not cling too tightly. They are also styles which you can dress up or down, depending on the occasion.
No matter what outfit you choose to wear, you can always cover up any unsightly bulges with a big chunky cardigan, which will also keep you nice and warm during the Winter weather. There are lots of styles which you can choose from, including long and short sleeve and if you want something a bit different, then a waterfall cardigan is an ideal design.
A winter jacket will also help to hide any lumps and bumps. Some designs to look out for include, macs, duffle coats, parkas and swing style coats. Jackets which have plenty of room will allow you to wear an ample cardigan or jumper underneath, and will keep you warm and comfortable. The good thing is that by January, you will see lots of clothing sales, so you don't need to spend a fortune on a decent winter jacket.

How to buy Plus size Clothing Online

It is really quite surprising how hard it is to find plus size clothing. You look at all the women you see who clearly need the larger sizes and you would think that there would be stores selling them on every corner. For some reason this isn't the case. Rather most women need to buy their plus size clothing online. In many cases this is the only option that they have. At least to find clothes that actually look good.
There are a few challenges that you are going to have to deal with if you are buying plus size clothing online. The biggest is simply all of the choice that you will have. When you buy online you are going from a situation where you have few choices to one where you will be overwhelmed by choices. Narrowing down your options can be a challenge. You are going to want to have a good idea of what you are looking for before you start shopping. Otherwise you could spend weeks just browsing. Once you have a general idea you can start to look at the websites that sell the kind of clothing that you are looking at. Some of these are very specialized sites while others will be large retail sites. Which you prefer buying from is up to you.
The other problem with buying plus size clothing online is that it is impossible to try anything on. Obviously this is a major drawback. You wouldn't go into a store and buy clothes without trying them on. The only way to get around this issue is to make sure that you have an accurate idea of what your measurements are before you start shopping. Even then you are likely still going to get a few items that don't fit properly.
Since you know going in that a few of the items that you buy aren't going to fit properly you are going to need to be able to return them. With most websites this presents no problem but before you buy you should make sure of this. Find out what the websites return policy is. If you can't find this out or if you don't agree with the policy you will need to move onto another site. Fortunately there are lots of them to choose from.

Body Can be Damage with Ill Fitting Cloths

We all know ill fitting shoes can be a nightmare, but there are whole arrays of fashion mistakes that can be causing real damage to your body, says the Express today.
And it's not just women that are affected; both men and women's clothing can be causing damage.
Underlying pains and aches can all be down to wearing the wrong clothing, starting with underwear.
A poorly fitting bra can be the cause of both shoulder and neck pain in women.
Women with a larger bust should be wearing a more supportive bra, as thinner straps will be unsupportive, dig in to your shoulders and cause great discomfort and pain.
According to the Express, over 75 per cent of women are wearing the wrong sized bra, which can be the cause of long-suffering backache.
It is also said that long term use of a tight fitting Basque or corset can be very restrictive and lead to breathing problems and heartburn.
Sammy Margo of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy says: "It alters the way you breathe; you end up breathing from the upper airways rather than the diaphragm. It impedes digestion and weakens the muscles because the corset is doing the work for them."
Even in men, tight fitting underwear can cause problems. According to the Express, Boxer shorts and Y-fronts that are too tight can cause infertility in men. For couples having trouble conceiving, males are often advised to change to loose fitting underwear.
Even the most unlikely of clothing like pop socks, can cause pins and needles, if they have a very tight fitting band at the top.
Leggings can also cause problems in the winter, according to Sammy Margo, they provide so much support that your legs won't be as toned by the time you stop wearing them.
Jeans can be a no-go for a lot of women, maybe because it is hard for you to find the right fit, or simply because they are uncomfortable. Tight fitting jeans which cause a 'muffin top' effect can cause a condition called meralgia paraesthetica.
According to the Express this is a nerve problem, which is often referred to as 'tingling thigh syndrome.'
The syndrome is caused by pressure on the femoral cutaneous nerve which runs through the thigh. This can then lead to temporary pins and needles which can run down the legs.

Fashion Trends For Special Occassions 2011

When it's your daughter's special day, you want to look and feel special with her and stand out as proud mother of the bride. So, where do you start when it comes to ladies wedding clothing?
There are endless amounts of womens dresses available, but which one is the right style for the occasion?
As mother of the bride, a knee length or ankle length dress should be on the cards. You can even pair a skirt and top, but make sure that the length is appropriate and you feel comfortable.
For a winter wedding, you may be able to get hold of a matching jacket for your dress; this will look appropriate and keep you warm for outdoor photographs, and can be taken off indoors.
For women conscious of the top of their arms, you can cover up in winter or summer with a bolero or light weight shrug.
For a summer wedding, a sun dress would look great, if you are comfortable in bright colours you could dare to wear a bold coloured summer dress or floral print sun dress, which would be great for a garden wedding.
If you are looking for something to help sculpt your waist, a thick belt may be too harsh. Instead, try tying round some ribbon as a waist belt - you could even have it made in advance to match the colours of the wedding.
If you are looking for an ultra glamorous look, there are lots of glam maxi dresses out that are appropriate for special occasions. They also hide your legs and can also look great on plus-sized women.
Other things to bear in mind are the location and style of the wedding; if it is a church wedding, bear in mind how the bride wants the wedding to look, a low cut strapless dress may not be appropriate.

2011 Fashion key trends for summer and winter

Being a mature lady doesn't mean you are excluded from the world of fashionable womens clothing. You can incorporate key colours and trends from this season into your own wardrobe to update your style and keep on season, without over-doing it.
Florals are making a big comeback this spring/summer in ladies clothing; from skirts to dresses, to floral printed shoes. You can follow this trend by adding just one key piece to your outfit. You could add a loose floral shirt to your collection or even just a floral print bag, making a subtle fashion statement.
Camel and orange coloured clothing is also going to be big this spring/summer, with flowing loose material and long dresses. Chunky suede heels are also coming back, in camel, red or orange, if you're not a big heel fan, these may be right up your street. The thicker wedge or chunky heel is easier to walk in and distributes the weight more evenly.
Pairing bold turquoise and peach clothing with camel trousers, skirts or jackets is also on trend this season.
If you recognise any of these key trends, don't be afraid to revisit your own wardrobe - you may have pieces that are right on trend for this season hiding at the back of your closet. If not, you may only need to buy a few pieces to add to items you already own.
Being a more mature woman does not mean you need to exclude yourself from following fashion. By buying correctly fitted clothing for your shape and taking only subtle fashion pieces, you can stay looking fashionable but sophisticated.

How to stop my Hair breaking off and Grow Up

There is a common thread that binds women from growing their hair healthier and longer. That thread is dependence on hair products and impatience. It's necessary to readjust your thinking to avoid the merry-go-round of failure.
To first understand why hair products do not deliver, you first need to know the truth about what hair and hair products can and can't do. There are literally thousands of hair product companies, each one with a story. Some want you to believe that "organic" or "natural" hair products will solve your problem. Your hair could care less whether the product has chemicals or natural ingredients. Hair is dead! Hair is a fiber to which products can not bond (especially hair conditioners). Unless chemicals are used to adhere proteins, oils, or any type of natural ingredient, water is the only compound that affects the strength of your hair. Hair hydration is essential but for your hair to remain hydrated it needs a non permeable sealant on the hair to lock in the essential moisture content and proteins that usually only stay in your hair for 2 to 3 hours.
As mentioned prior, proteins and other "protective" compounds for your hair such as butters, oils, waxes, heavy conditioners and more are all water soluble, which makes the bonding process undependable. What does this mean in terms of strengthening hair? Any compound added to your hair after shampoo and conditioning will only last a few hours once your hair has been exposed to climate changes. In other words your hair looks great when you finish styling but falls apart by the end of the day. Your hair becomes vulnerable and adding more products after days without shampooing creates build up on the scalp and hair. This can retard hair growth and can cause possible thinning of your hair.
So what's the answer to growing hair without damage?
1) Shampoo and condition your hair at least 2 to 3 days per week. Sulfate free shampoos are gentle but usually do no cleanse the hair and scalp as well as sulfate based shampoos. One thing that you must know, sulfate free is not really sulfate free, its sulfate "lite". It's the same as putting lite salt on your food instead of regular salt. It takes more to get the taste just like sulfate free doesn't completely cleanse. Always condition after shampooing.
2) After conditioning, apply a non-water based product that resists excess moisture while sealing in essential moisture. To find a waterproof product for hair simply Google "waterproof your hair". This will protect your hair from blow drying, flat ironing or any other device used to style your hair.
3) Sleep with a satin pillow case. I do not suggest the normal thick, hot and slippery pillows cases. There are great new satin fibers that work better. Silk pillow cases breakdown after a few washings. The fiber is expensive and becomes rough eventually. Friction caused by pillow cases, excessive brushing, wind and highly chlorinated water are the biggest causes of hair breakage. Between using a great satin pillow case and a waterproof product, your hairs will glide with each other instead of creating resistance.
4) Brush your tangles out when your hair is towel blotted and only after applying a waterproof hair product. Everything that you have read about brushing hair when dry instead of wet is not true. Your hair has less elasticity and give when dry snapping the hair shaft before it has a chance to stretch a little. Whether the cuticle layer is open or closed it still forms an added barrier for damage and the waterproof sealant makes the cuticle sleek and tight.
5) Have your ends dry trimmed at least every 2 months. I suggest having your hair flat ironed prior to cutting so your stylist can identify what really needs to come off. Remember, it's better to have hair a little shorter and healthy hair rather than long and tattered. Eventually your hair will reach the desired length because it's stronger.
6) If you flat iron or curling iron your hair, be sure to use a waterproof product as suggested prior. This product allows you to go slower over each section without damage. Thermal controllers are all water soluble and after the first pass with a flat iron burns off leaving your hair vulnerable to heat damage if you need to go over that section more than once. Waterproof products penetrate deeper with heat and offer protection that water based products can not. If you go over your hair more than one pass with a flat iron, you are causing breakage, again, unless you use a waterproof product.

Best Products To Remove Hair for Long Time 2

Laser hair removal treatments have become popular recently. Perhaps it is the "space age" sound of the term laser that makes it attractive, or the idea that laser treatment is considered to be comparatively pain-free. On the downside, laser treatment doesn't really make use of a laser, but instead a xenon lamp. The method is relatively expensive and still works ideal on women who have fair skin and dark hair. And skin burning, while not typical, still occurs with a few patients.
Waxing is a common hair removal method. Most waxing is done in spas and salons, although kits to get it done in your own home are available. The procedure can be painful, as hot wax is put on your skin and is physically removed with hair attached. This means that the application and the removing the wax can be agonizing, particularly if wax is utilized for genital hair removal. As a positive, the final results are frequently quite great and the procedure only has to be done every couple of weeks.
There are many different methods to eliminate undesirable body hair. Since no two females are alike, each woman must try a variety of techniques to discover the one that works best for her. Fortunately, the majority of the readily available hair removal techniques are budget friendly, and most of them can be carried out at home, which can save money when compared with getting the treatment done professionally at a beauty salon.

Best Products To Remove Hair for Long Time

If you're a woman, sooner or later you will have to endure the problem of unwanted hair. Like it or not, society has made the decision that for females, hair belongs on the head and no place else. Most women of all ages abide by these standards, despite the fact that doing so tends to be lots of trouble. There is also no common understanding among ladies as to the way the unwelcome hair should be removed. If you ask five women about the best hair removal products, you'll receive a variety of answers.
The choices for acquiring permanent hair removal at home are mainly personal. Unfortunately, "permanent" frequently means a few weeks, at most. Although there are a number of different ways to get rid of unwanted hair, many of them have one or more drawbacks.
Shaving is the traditional technique, and probably the method used by the majority of females. Regrettably, most shavers are not created to cooperate with the curves of a woman's body. That often means inefficient shaving that misses certain areas. It may also lead to cuts. Having a big bandage on your leg sort of defeats the objective of shaving so that you can appear more attractive.
Depilatories - There are a few creams that are designed to remove hair and some of them work quite well. They are all messy, though, and most of them are likely to possess a rather nasty odor. These products have their supporters, but depilatories continue to be a niche product.

Sporty Effect Colors Wear by Women

We will want to arouse a sense of athletics and sports games with bold, simple color and active rhythm. Sporty color makes us think of the ocean and air, grass and uniforms. Colors that belong to this mix are strong, mid-to-light value blues: slightly violet blue, royal blue and sky blue. Oranges at a mid-to-light value. Bright, hot red. Golden- yellow. Kelly green like the green of baseball, soccer and football fields. Analogous colors like yellow-orange, orange, and red-orange remind us of teamwork and harmony.
A sporty effect calls for analogous blues along with analogous golds and oranges. White needs to be a part of the mix. White makes us think of tennis clothes and shoes, white sails, the ice rink, and white lines marking game fields. You're looking for fresh, vigorous color that is bright and bold. It pumps you up. It gives you a "can do" sense of energy.
Sporty clothing should be simple in design. It should have bold, simple rhythmic patterns. Shapes such a stripes should have bold differentiation which would suggest strength and vigor. Prints might vary the condensed shapes with broader, linear ones for a feeling of movement and energy.
"What colors should I wear?" While you need to go for bright energetic colors as described above, the colors need to be selected from your skin-tone-matching personal color palette. There should be enough color choices in the palette for you to select the best-for-you versions of the sporty colors. Your best colors will enhance your good looks and bring out your best sporty look.
