11 Health and Beauty tips for Fashion; Enhance Living

The health and fitness business are minting money every year on herbal supplements, fitness apparatus, gyms and special diets. 1:- Eye Care

Apply it around the eyes previous to sleep and wash it off in the morning.

2. Fragrance and Aging

Do the age gracefully. One should avoid everything that has the fragrance or lotions of coconut oil and orange. The reason is that these perfumes contain a substance called psoralen that is known to speed up the aging process.

3. Hair care

Degrease oily hair with witch hazel when if there is no time to do shampoo. Apply to roots with a cotton ball. To help reduce dandruff, add 30 plain aspirin to a full bottle of regular shampoo. Apply and rinse as normal.

4. Curing Cellulites

To cure cellulite, scrub the skin with a bristle brush. Brush in slow sweep up, always toward the heart. Try to do this at least five minutes each day. For cellulite, get the costly herbal wraps offered by top spas. Mix a cup of corn oil with 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice and 2 teaspoons dried thyme. Rub into hip, thigh, and buttock areas. Wrap with plastic cover to lock in body heat. For extra results lay a heating pad over each area for five minutes. Raw potato slices contain potassium to take away dark circles under the eye.

5. Facial Waxing

Facial hair is one of the forbidden that prohibited women expression. Women with surplus facial hair always lack self confidence and suffer a lot. The unnecessary hair often appears on upper lip, chin, forehead and sides of the face. It is suggested to visit trained experts, and get it removed.

6. Caring for Teeth

People must brush the teeth two times for every day. The configuration of calculus expands after the breakfast and bacterial actions are happened at night. If concealer is little heavy on the chick then try dabbing a little moisturizer and blending in the area to get better finishing on face. At the time of choosing makeup, moisturizers and sunscreens, make sure they are hypo allergenic and fragrance-free.

11. Foot Care

For cracked heels, melt paraffin wax; mix it with mustard oil and apply on the affected area. Leave it overnight. After 10 or 15 days, the heels will become smooth. Massage body with a mixture of coconut oil and any of favorite scented oils like lavender or rosemary. For cracked heals, rub the foot with coconut oil and keep the foot in temperate water for some time. Clean the water off the feet and apply a mixture of hibiscus flower, Henna and juice of half a lemon. When dry wash it off.
